We had a great time at this place, once we’d negotiated the stairs with the heaviest piece of kit, the rest of the night was a top night of rock n roll with Cornwall’s finest rockers turning up in force. Thanks to you all and Victoria for the video posting! See you very soon!
Angus at the Quayside, Looe
April 4th, 2010Angus at The Royal Oak, Ilminster
March 30th, 2010Just sticking a quick post on here to extol the virtues of the now almost extinct live music venue that looks after the bands. This particular place, The Royal Oak, made parking available, a changing area / safe gear storage and even offered nibbles at half time, all without any prompting or encouragement. If ever there was a venue that made you want to travel the 60 odd miles to play in – this is it! Top marks to Mark and his missus – awesome landlords that derserve every success!
Angus at The Seven Stars, Tiverton
March 16th, 2010Come along for a night of rock and mayhem at The Seven Stars in Tiverton, where we will be joined on stage by your Mums Beard! It’ll be a top night!
We’re playing Glastonbudget!
March 14th, 2010Great News! We’ve just been told that we are a confirmed act for Glastonbudget, the biggest tribute and new acts festival in Europe. We auditioned back in January for this event and have been eagerly waiting for news since. This is held in Leicester on the weekend of 28th to 30th May and is expected to attract 7500 music fans. If you fancy a festival weekend away, check out their site on www.glastonbudget.net/home. Angus are playing the Showcase Marquee (which holds 2000 people) as an AC/DC tribute weren’t planned for this years event, but after we auditioned they’ve now added more tributes into the marquee!
