]]> Comment on Angus at The Seven Stars, Tiverton by Bryan Ferry http://www.angusdc.co.uk/2010/03/angus-at-the-seven-stars-tiverton/comment-page-1/#comment-10 Bryan Ferry Sat, 20 Mar 2010 14:42:18 +0000 http://www.angusdc.co.uk/?p=123#comment-10 As you all know i've been heavily influenced by AC/DC since my early glam days....simply listen to my rendition of 'smoke gets in your eyes' and you'll know what i mean and if you listen very carefully to 'Love is the Drug' , i mean really carefully with very expensive studio monitors you might just hear the twin guitars grinding out that hypnotic driving rhythm and obviously i was wearing a school boy uniform during the recording of that entire album ( a little known fact, recently disclosed on Never Mind the Buzzcocks )...the way i wear my trademark white tuxedo jacket is an obvious homage to Bon's mid-seventies wall of demin.....anyway, let's cut to the chase.....ANGUS took me right back to that day when my musical life started, the smell of Jack Daniels still fresh in my nostrils, my lip still split from attempting to break into the dressing room. Thank you guys, you took me home...i love you. Now back to rehab......mummy where's my Bunny ?
